Welcome to booking with Superstar Worldwide Limousine, you agree to these terms.
Reservation Confirmation
Verify all reservation details. Report any errors immediately to Info@superstarworldwidelimousine.com.
Payment and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed at least one month prior to the service date. All payments are non-refundable. We accept all major credit cards and Zelle payments. All rates are subject to applicable state taxes, fees, and surcharges as required by local regulations.
Cancellations
Submit cancellation requests via email to Info@superstarworldwidelimousine.com. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking incur a 50% fee. After 24 hours of booking, all payments are non-refundable.
Changes to Reservations
Request changes in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes. Within 24 hours of booking changing is free.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure passengers follow policies. Damage caused by passengers will result in additional charges. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances in vehicles.
Passenger Count
Drivers will not operate vehicles with more passengers than licensed. Ensure the vehicle fits your group.
Weather Policy
In unsafe weather, service may be suspended. Customers can reschedule for a future date. Deposits will be held for the new date.
Overtime Rates
10 minutes grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes overtime will be charged as per hourly booking rate.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United states of America.
Privacy Policy
We protect your privacy. Personal information is used only for providing our services and is not shared with third parties.
Lost Items
Superstar Worldwide Limousine is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please ensure you have all your belongings before exiting.
